Epic Comic Strip When Dating A Japanese: Pancit Canton
Filipina Experience Dating A Japanese Man
Dating someone with a different language and culture is a combination of hard and fun. Sometimes they’re totally annoying, sometimes they’re not. As a Filipina who never had a past relationship with a foreigner, I thought it was super hard but surprisingly, it was not. Why? Check out this content on how WE pull it through. How To Improve Your Long -istance Relationship. But let me tell you one of my funny experiences dating a Japanese man, through these comic strips.
'Pancit Canton'

Pancit canton is one of the famous Filipino noodles, and to be honest it is not like Yakisoba! Yakisoba is fried noodles but we usually make Pancit canton with boiled water, and then drained it after. Maybe, if we fried it, it’d work? hahaha, I don’t know.
I was trying to explain to him that Pancit canton is not a Yakisoba, fortunately, he understood but he’s having a hard time pronouncing the word 'Pancit’. Hahaha! Inside my head, I was like, “Ara-ara! Why can’t you pronounce it!" But what can I do? He’s Japanese and he’s not familiar with the word. It was really funny listening to how he pronounced the word, he’s cute, like a kid. (Hahaha)
