How It’s Like Dating A Japanese Man
This comic strip shows my experiences dating a Japanese man over the past years. Sure thing it is not what I expected to be. However, it’s fascinating enough to make me stay and fight for our relationship.
Over the past years, I never have had a foreign boyfriend. I don’t have any plans of having one either. (LOL) So, when I had my relationship with him, I expected it to be fascinating just, like Disney stories. (Now I’m mad because they tricked me!)
I thought it was going to be like my past relationships. Wherein I will receive many messages or calls asking me this and that. Or receive a random text saying, “I miss you" and “I love you" Unfortunately, the reality is different. (Haha) We have our individual lives and responsibilities. He has to work, and I have to work too. I am working from home, so I don’t have to do much.
As you see, a relationship doesn’t need as many sweet texts as you receive. It is about giving each other time to communicate when both of your schedules are empty.
